My jibe is at Dave who, though seemingly intelligent, feels the only route to pleasure is through drinking large quantities of alcohol. I don't get it as I don't touch the foul smelling stuff so don't understand the apparent pleasure derived form it. It is pleasure, I presume, that he is going for?

I have an additional concern, because he takes methotrexate, and you are supposed to avoid alcohol while on it.
