Cape Town, South AfricaTried that. I think I was too late, because there was enough ambient light that silohetting (boy, my fingers don't want to type that word) didn't work too well. And I was freezing my little toes off too much to play with manual settings! Like you said, a dime a dozen! Pretty rare in New England this time of year though, it would seem. Either total overcast, or not at all, so it's rare when the clouds catch the red light of the sunrise. :-D Marc Help! I'm an AI running around in someone's f*cked up universe simulator.

Here's a trick: Don't go to bed before the sunrise. It's sometimes easier than waking-up :)

Seeing as you are the third person who has asked I better put "THIS IS NOT MY CAR, just spotted it while out and about" in the description. You should have seen it in the flesh. Gorgeous. Wish I had taken far more photos of it. Martin Häsemeyer wrote: Good photos by the way. Thanks :)

They wake up in the pitch dark, enter the wurm (the tube), into their office, work all day, then leave after the sun has set, back into the wurm and back into their homes. No sunset, no sunrise, not even noon day sun. No wonder the tube is plastered with big sunny shots of South Of France or Sunny Spain or hIp Ibiza.

Cape Town, South AfricaNo, no, no, you got it wrong. I was not referring to London, rather to the common sickness among programmers (late workshifts, night working). But I feel for the Londoners too. Its not nice.
