Hey all ! I have a question regarding IE. I have windows XP and when i clear the history and also the address bar, everything is cleared but there are 2 sites for which when it auto-completes the address in the address bar when i begin typing it. I don't know how this happened. It only happened on my machine, so its not done by the site. How do i get rid of this and does anyone know how i might've gotten this problem. Thanks everyone!

IE also stores/hides these info in the index.dat files, and in the registry under the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

Hey, Read this: http://www.tek-tips.com/gviewthread.cfm/lev2/67/lev3/74/pid/608/qid/288473 If that link don't work, then search Yahoo! for "history still there". Once you solve the problem, let me know how you did it. Good Luck!
