Sunday Afternoon fun

Spring is coming to Eastern Ontario. Not much of a winter for us, true enough, but until this weekend, there was still snow on the ground, now most of it is gone. Sunday afternoon, 22C outside, and sunny. Time for first ride of the year on the motorcycle. It is something to be out riding, while the snow is still melting at the side of the roads. Gotta be a bit careful of the dirt/sand on the roads and shady icy areas, but all in all.....I feel a BBQ supper coming up. Just gotta love Spring...

Just back from spending the weekend at the cottage with my wife. We've never spent a weekend in March there, ever. Yesterday and today, I'm sitting on the dock, in short sleeves, sipping a brew and watching all the returning geese flying over top. Odd thing is the lakes are still frozen and will likely stay so for another few weeks. :)

Yeah, not much snow at all. I was down in Belleville/Trenton On. last week, and there is nothing on the ground at all (unless you include lots of mud), but as you go N-E a bit there is still some out there, but it is shrinking fast. What a friggin' gorgeous weekend around here! But...groan...back to work tomorrow X|

Winter has finally arrived in the Mojave Desert. It's been 80+ for two weeks, but today it clouded up and snowed. Weird, but fun.
