Well done. Incidentally, I always felt that windmills were invented simply to give Dutch landscape painters something to put in the background. A 'Windmill By a Stream' is not just a paean to the Nederland environs, more a genre for the otherwise bland blue/green that would have been the standard fayre and the almost empty literalism of the era. As Ruskin said "The patient devotion of besotted lives to delineation of bricks and fogs, cattle and ditchwater", he had a point!

Are you on something interesting? Prescription perhaps?

Actually when I read CCC it had something like "good hope" at the end of it. That's it, nothing interesting.

Interesting, I had never thought of it that way, but now you point it out, it makes a lot of sense.

Are you sure you're not on something? Where exactly is "good hope" apart from here[^]?

Richard, on my initial posting I had the words "Good Hope", but I changed them within ten seconds as I thought it too easy. The chap is not mad, merely observant!

You must have changed it very quickly; I read the clue 5 minutes after it was posted and it was definitely cloak then. Anyway, thanks for the clarification.
