USB Explained[^] This comes with the usual caveats about re-posts (i.e. I don't care, I wouldn't even know how to find this)

Good one - trying to get a usb cable into the back of a tower is even worse... One trick I learned is - place a mirror on the wall behind the tower, it makes plugging in and unplugging cables much easier.

Try having a USB key for accessing your admin account. And the computer is under someone's desk, waaaaay in the back.

What I hate are the other connectors which look like USB from an angle. Can't tell you how many times I tried to plug in a USB drive into my laptop's "Display Port" connector.

I though I was the only Person to that, the RS232 USB connectors don't have enough clearance for the job!

I assume the pointy hairs balk at installing a USB hub...

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason? Hey, we've got USB ports turned off by default. I wonder if anyone has actually tested the dongles...
