how authenticate aspnet using SQLSERVER

Hello Every buddy, I'm working on ASP.NET project it has many types of users. I want to authenticate my project folders using user table in DB sql server. I used ASP configuration but dose not use my users in my DB Plz can anyone help me in this problem? thanks in Advance. :)

Do you mean you want authorize users that are listed in your database to access your project folders?
