Beer: The Problem-Solver "Not only did the drinkers solve 40 percent more problems than the nondrinkers, they solved their problems faster: 12 seconds compared to the nondrinking 15.5 seconds." Now to convince management to replace the soda machines with beer taps. http://eatocracy.cnn.com/2012/04/27/beer-whiskey-and-pork-fat-the-new-health-foods/?iref=allsearch[^]

I've heard that smarter people tend to drink more alcohol, but maybe drinkers are just smarter! ;P

Health foods? Sure. You didn't specify good health ... Although I think moderate drinking has been shown to have marginal beneficial effects in other cases, and there's nothing intrinsically unhealthy about fat. Moderation in all things.

            A related movie quote:

Dr. Melik: This morning for breakfast he requested something called "wheat germ, organic honey and tiger's milk."
Dr. Aragon: [chuckling] Oh, yes. Those are the charmed substances that some years ago were thought to contain life-preserving properties.
Dr. Melik: You mean there was no deep fat? No steak or cream pies or... hot fudge?
Dr. Aragon: Those were thought to be unhealthy... precisely the opposite of what we now know to be true.
            Dr. Melik: Incredible.

The drinkers only solved the problems faster because they were told the bar was open.

Speaking of which Farmland has some pork and bacon sausage links that are pretty good (I like Farmland bacon, though prefer Hormel Little Sizzler's Maple Sausage. For pizza, I prefer Johnsonville Italian sausage.)
