        Please feel free to post this little gem in the Hall of Shame forum[^]. That's where it really belongs. And yes you are right this code works synchronously albeit using a separate thread. The coder needs to stand in the corner with a dunce cap on. :laugh: Cheers!

          Why no programming questions in the lounge? NOTES ------------------------------------------------------ 1: That is a joke of sorts. It's a question about programming questions, which could be considered a violation of the rules, hence the irony. Unless there is a rule that allows for ironic questions about programming, which I doubt.
