"RIP Aero Glass; Windows 8 Sticks a Fork in Familiar UI"[^]. PcMag.com article by David Murphy. ... begin edit #1 ... The article above cites the long essay by Microsoft's Sinofsky on the Win8 design, "Creating the Windows 8 user experience,"[^], published on May 19th. It also cites Paul Thurrott's comments on his "SuperSite for Windows," also published May 19: "Windows 8 Release Preview: RIP, Aero (2003-2012)"[^]. ... end edit #1 ... I had not even thought about whether Aero and all that would be supported in the Desktop version of Win 8 Bi-Polar. best, Bill

"Humans are amphibians ... half spirit and half animal ... as spirits they belong to the eternal world, but as animals they inhabit time. This means that while their spirit can be directed to an eternal object, their bodies, passions, and imaginations are in continual change, for to be in time, means to change. Their nearest approach to constancy, therefore, is undulation: the repeated return to a level from which they repeatedly fall back, a series of troughs and peaks.” C.S. Lewis

No problems, I'll just pop up and plug in a few of your computers to see if they do in fact run faster when drinking 415V.

Well then, we need to get Chris to connect the Code Project servers up to 415V to cope with the torrent of drivel inundating the site.

I'll go with the windows routine, xp = good, vista = sucked, Win7 = good, win 8 = sucks?... I'll wait for the next one..
