                      Have you been to Paris? It's full of awful French people and once you've seen the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysees, had a baguette and taken pictures of all the white flags, you're done. :-)

                            Twenty tourists a year does not a syndrome make. Basically, all this describes is that insane people sometimes travel and sometimes lose their marbles at their destination. If the destination if famous or notorious, it's a syndrome, if the place is mundane, it's just crazy people going even more crazy.
