Creating FTP Profiles and User Accounts

Is there a way to programmatically create unix ftp profiles and user accounts. If the account access info is changed on the server it can get back to the .net web application to update the database?
It's not clear what this has to do with C#.
The difficult we do right away... ...the impossible takes slightly longer.

You're going to have to provide a LOT more detail about what you're doing and how you're doing it. Right now, this doesn't appear to have ANYTHING to do with C# or writing code.

As the others have said, please be more clear. What does this have to do with C#, unless you are trying to do it in C#. Show what you have done thus far...
