    Here's a nice patent that describes how to make more money off of students[^]: make buying the billion dollar books required for passing courses. No, you can't share a book with your friends. And no, you can't even gamble that you'll pass the exam without ever having seen the book (my favourite strategy). That will work just great, because as everyone knows, students have too much money anyway. They're probably eating cheap garbage and living in moldy basements because they like it that way.

        And it's not like they can't afford the books eh? (sarcasm) My son bought a Calculus book for his class $300, all I could say was WTF? And he couldn't sell it back because they were changing next semester.
