Some grass that should not be smoked

Probably a repost; genetic modified grass that - apparently - develops a mutation over time. The thing that seemed weird is that different samples of the same plant develop the same "random" mutation in different places, at the same time. Austins Cyanide-Grass[^] That's not a random mutation then, is it? Once is an event, twice a coincidence - but this would qualify as a pattern :) --edit And another article; one would almost get the impression that nature is actually targetting;

I think it is spontaneous, not random. People constantly misuse the word 'random' I'm quite sick of Monsanto and will be happy the day they go belly up from their own modified food.
