"The more they talk the less they know" Do you guys know someone like this or have you ever worked with someone that thinks he's to good and doesn't accept other peoples ideas? How did you deal with them?
Basically just ignore them. If they are a legend in there own minds they don't need anyone else.

Yep... he let slip one day that he used to be a restaurant manager. So when he started in on trying to show everyone how smart he was, we used to tell him to shut up and go make us a sandwich. He got fired pretty soon after that though.

I've never said that to a male before...but I used to say it all the time to a girl I knew (not sexist, she worked at a Subway). And my female roommate (no excuse for that one).

But remember that the more they talk, the more managers hear them -- and that type tries to talk to managers as much as possible. Ensure that you retain enough (detailed) information to prove that they bullshit -- but don't talk to them about it, or they'll talk their way around it before you can use it.
