Please, I leave the religion to the rest of my family...I am a Metaagnostic, personally. We don't care if god(s) exist(s) or not, as long as you don't bother us with them!
Ideological Purity is no substitute for being able to stick your thumb down a pipe to stop the water
I am an atheist, but it does not stop me using the fictional meme as a metaphor. Bloody Muggles! for example. The priests of Ba'al (Beelzebub) would offer ritual slaughter in sacrifice to Lucifer in order to gain Earthly power. (Although they themselves were slaughtered by the people) Does this not seem a little like Bankers at the moment? (oops, a little bit of politics in the lounge).

No, the banker are not as yet slaughtered. Though it does sound like a good idea, and possibly a way out of the economic crisis: I'm pretty sure people would pay to see the ritual slaughter of bankers... :-D

I feel a bit more variety would be needed. A steamroller from the toes upwards on Monday; forced to listen to Justin Bieber and watch Hollyoaks on Tuesday; you get the idea. Perhaps we could have a national "DeathULike" competition to pick fitting ends for particular bankers? £1 per entry, prize to be determined?
