A middle aged gentleman, noting that he's putting on some pounds, joins a gym. As is the custom in this gym, he's assigned to one of the trainers. Upon evaluation, he surmises that the best course for exercise would be running and leads his new client to the track. To his delight, there is an amazingly gorgeous woman standing there. She's wearing nothing but track shoes and a sign on her back saying, "if you catch me you can f*ck me!". They both start running, but her graceful strides keep her well out of reach. Needless to say, our middle-aged-gentleman is running as hard as he can. This goes on for his sessions for a few weeks - but try as he might, and fit as he's feeling, she always seems to be able to stay our of reach. Her beautiful running form begins to haunt his thoughts, inspiring the man to seek out his trainer. "I need a more vigorous workout. I want to train harder" he says to the trainer. The trainer nods his head and says it will be no problem at all. Returning for his next workout, the man gets to the track - but this time there's a gorilla waiting there. It's wearing a sign which reads: "if I catch you I can f*ck you!"

Before I posted it I searched for 'catch gorilla' and then just plain 'gorilla'. Maybe I need some kind of instructions on how to find old posts. As an aside - if this post has been around a real long time, you got to tell me: does he ever catch the girl and does he tire before the gorilla?

Depends which DVD version you bought.

You should have searched for "catch me" or "sign" or something a little more general. The gorilla is not in all the versions. It was posted no more than a week ago: http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/4306315/The-Perfect-Weight-Loss-Program.aspx[^]

So - aside from living my life vicariously through CP, how do I keep up with this? (or did I just answer my own question?)
