I can think of two reasons for such a name. One is because it is so interesting and engaging that the user won't want to sleep. The other is that it is so incomprehensible and unusable that the user can't sleep, because of frustration. Recent experience with modern software releases leads me to believe that we can safely assume the latter case applies. If so, why write it?
