Why Panasonic, Why?

So as we know, the function keys have a purpose. Most notably s F5 for refresh for example, or F2 for edit. Most manufacturers have this belief that the function keys should be set as such, and that the secondary functions, (eg Brightness control or Wifi Access), should be shielded behind the Fn key. Not Panasonic. No, they have their secondary functions as the primary Functions and you need to hit the Fn Key and F5 to refresh. How annoying is that? Even more so when trying to tell a muggle how to fix this when he rings in to complain. I have to talk him through a BIOS change, over a phone, with no sight of the screen and a chimp doing my bidding. Sometimes I amaze even myself! He did as he was told, when he was told and we got it working first time. If only all muggles were this good!
