So I have just surfed looking for somewhere nice to eat that involves going nowhere near London. This[^] looks like a winner. Seared foie gras with malt loaf and rhubarb jelly followed by Rack of spring lamb, confit shoulder, minted broad beans and wild garlic broth. Round off with a couple of bottles of Maison Rouge and an Brandy.
