No. I'm more grateful for the Office upgrade, but I like 7 (of 9).

I upgraded to 7 about 3 months ago, when my XP x64 finally succumbed to bit rot. So far I can't say it's much of an improvement, if any. The search thingy in the start menu is nice though.

            Make it so.

After having been on Win 7 since it came out, I recently had to go back to XP for a few months. A feature that I didn't know I loved, until I didn't have it, is the Snap feature[^].

But, as always, Windows fails to handle multiple monitors well. In a dual monitor setup I can get it to work on both sides of my primary, but only the far side of my secondary.

I know it is a bit odd on dual monitors, but the [Win]+[<-], [Win]+[->] key combinations worked for me very well in those situations. Is that not working for you?

Didn't know those existed, I actually use WindowPad[^] to get around it (plus it allows for some other positions, like corners, which is nice on larger monitors).

Don't care for the search, but the recent file list in the start menu apps is nice. So is the taskbar app grouping. Most of the niceties are cosmetic, but it's about time.

                            I totally agree.
