Be the next Microsoft Employee

So have any of you been following "Be The Next Microsoft Employee" ^Here..If you have what's your thoughts on it. They seem to be struggling a bit with what seem easy challenges so far!
They should have a reality tv show where people who "win" get to be employed a Microsoft. They can liven it up some and have different competing camps with apple and android (and whatever else). Then we'd have another show that I don't watch... but hey, it'd be cool.

Nice idea, but I would suggest that the winners would be the ones who get some job OTHER than Microsoft.

I thought those shows encouraged people to do things like eat bugs, not litter code with them. I guess I must be wrong.
