I would be certainly be interested to help, if only to add to my motivation (badly needed) for my sometimes-losing sometimes-winning battle against the flab.

I too dabbled in pacifism once.

I would 100% be interested in this, I agree that it is a key topic and very very hard to keep fit while working a job where the only time you stand up is to get food!

The Dilbert strip does show but there is an error on the page. The error is in an alert box asking if I wish to debug the page. The error message seems to be an endless loop. [n.b. Debugging web pages is a part of my work] I was wondering what the page was trying to do. :~
