      It may help teach you about GIS systems but it won't really help you with a career in GIS as most companies use tools like ArcGIS or MapXtreme.

                                    Guys this is totally unfair to down vote some one like this. Surprised at amount of down votes.:confused: Common guys, don't down vote just because someone else has done it. I'm voting him up, at least to compensate the down votes. I do what I feel is right. :)
