Yeah, takes an immense amount of personal courage to do what they did, not just Armstrong, but all the pilots, particularly in the early days, when a number of them died.

Think about what it takes to be an Astronaut. They seal you into a small box, stick it on top of an ICBM, light the blue touch paper and hope all goes well. And everything is built by the lowest bidder!
