Funny that they don't even mention anything about the unlicensed 15 year old driver. As dumb as the guy was, what kind of luck does it take to do this and get hit by a 15 year old behind the wheel and then get run over by another teen.

        I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

It was a ghillie suit, not a Sasquatch suit. A really good ghillie suit it seems. :omg:

It was a new one, designed for urban warfare, it made him completely invisible on the pavement.

How do you know she was unlicensed? Did you read that somewhere? In many states, including Wyoming (and my state (Florida)) 15-year-olds are driving with learners permits. http://www.dmv.org/wy-wyoming/drivers-permits.php[^] Here it explains how a 14 and 15 year old can get a legal license. Growing up in Idaho, I had my license at 15. A lot of my friends got theirs at 14.

 I wasn't thinking learner's permit. Of course I should have considering the learner's age is 14 where I live.

In my state (Nebraska), I started driving legally (without an adult in the car) at 14 using a school permit (allows travel to and from school and school events). For that purpose, I was eligible for a learners permit 3mo prior to my 14th birthday.
