Just noticed the change in CCC Link. Year-wise scores, all answers, nice

How Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein aren't on the list is pretty odd. Another one is The Man Who Knew Too Little. I know it has Bill Murray in it and he's not exactly loved by everyone, but that movie supplies plenty of gags and laughs. After all, we're all actors in the theatre of life. :)

I look at this list, and see no Mel Brooks and only one Monty Python, and 60% of the list is utter garbage. Then again, Airplane is number one... I am very suspicious of this list.

I've known that for years.  I don't need a panel of members of movie subscription service Lovefilm to tell me that. :) /ravi

The humour's too facile, so it's funny the first time you watch it, but feels too predictable on subsequent viewings. The really (clever) funny stuff makes you laugh many times, so I'd argue that they used the wrong metrics -- it shouldn't be "How many facile gags are there per minute?", it should be "How funny is it?" Try watching a Cary Grant comedy for the 50th time; it'll still make you laugh.

                Fawlty towers, anyone?

Superbad is hilarious, so is Anchorman. Maybe you're the problem?

I am also thinking they have some strange definition of 'Laugh'.

Nah, they just have to use "laugh" because they're not allowed to say "snigger" anymore.
