I may have annihilated my entire office today; they all look and sound ready to pass out. Lunch today: Jambalaya (chicken, shrimp, hot sausage, rice and lots of cayenne pepper) Corn on the cob Cornbread muffins Salad Italian Rum cake The groans are slowly dying down, but I may be the only one to walk out of here alive tonight. :-D

my team supervisor did the same with a group picnic. 2 inch ( or more ) thick steaks, tater salad, garlic bread, Pumpkin pie. worst part was the meeting after lunch ( we had issues staying awake).

That's my kind of meal there. Love Jambalaya haven't made it in a while, will have to make me a big batch.

I'm on-line therefore I am. JimmyRopesI hate to admit it, but I found it boring. I prefer sweeter cakes, with thick, sugary frosting. This one was too light and fluffy. :)
