Just wish there was somethng between "Normal" and "Thread View"...like before. Or maybe not. Ask again tomorrow. Well, not tomorrow, 'cause I'm going to see Fiona Apple and CP will not be on my mind.

The only thing I see that kind-of bugs me is the rule under the menu at the top. I think it would look better if the rule would be solid all the way across under the menu items. It also appears to be the case that the top of the search box is cut off a bit. (Chrome 21.0.1180.89) The look and feel is really nice an clean though. Love it.
I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

Yes, but agree with other poster that individual thread items take up too much space. Other than that, it's cleaner and less claustrophobic.

You must accept one of two basic premises: Either we are alone in the universe, or we are not alone in the universe. And either way, the implications are staggering.-Wernher von Braun

Feels cleaner. I have plenty of feedback a brewin', but it seems like an improvement. Though... how many members are online right now? Must know! :((

By the way, there's a "More" button on articles on the right side of Bookmark and Print. Currently it looks like it's doing nothing, should it? And another thing, if I'm seeing correctly, there's no more queue for new blogs and tips in the front page... If that's correct, I think it's a pity since it was nice to scroll through those also. Lots and lots of useful information also in blogs and tips :)

It's looking really good (clean and simply). But, it feels strange... how old was the last design? Congratulations, and thank you for giving us this amazing site. Cheers!

Takes a bit of getting used to but not at all bad. Feel there is too much white space and not enough borders to neatly delineate areas of the page (on IE). [Edit] Nope, I really like it: looks clean and professional: CP is all growed up! (still think too much white space)

I like it! Good job! The only thing I really don't like though is on the front page. There is a lot of dead-space under the Latest Articles listing. It looks like the Product Showcase shoves the Latest News, Discussions, and Best Picks lower on the page. Makes for a lot of scrolling. Also, the footer looks kinda funny compared to the header now. Maybe if it went all the way across the page as well? The next big thing I'd love to see are more ajax updating on pages. It would be awesome if I could just leave the lounge open, and see conversations come in as they are posted rather than refreshing the page. Keep up the great work!

Dare I suggest a new survey: Do you like the new look of the CodeProject site?

The new look is fantastic... well done chaps! However, like the 'Metro' theme (said under bated breath) it is very hard to differentiate between different segments. Dare I suggest that you put a nice little line under the 'Featured Article' section of the 'Home' page to indicate that, that's it, otherwise you may call the heading 'Featured Articles'! as it looks at the moment like it's a list of 'Featured Articles' and not a 'Featured Article' and then 'Updated or New' submissions? It may also be good to have a 'Star' chart next the the Article heading indicating it's current popularity? Other than that, this is a welcome change! Kind regards, Gary
