Nice! Some of the grays are a bit subtle... but overall I give it high grades.

Ok, I'll supply reasoning. It may look good on a phone, which I never visit CP from so I don't know. But threads take up waaay too much real estate on the screen than they used to. Is there any way to fix that? The text and area taken up by each response looks like it was made for someone with a visual disability. I'm using chrome, btw.

I like it! Good job! The only thing I really don't like though is on the front page. There is a lot of dead-space under the Latest Articles listing. It looks like the Product Showcase shoves the Latest News, Discussions, and Best Picks lower on the page. Makes for a lot of scrolling. Also, the footer looks kinda funny compared to the header now. Maybe if it went all the way across the page as well? The next big thing I'd love to see are more ajax updating on pages. It would be awesome if I could just leave the lounge open, and see conversations come in as they are posted rather than refreshing the page. Keep up the great work!

I think I like it. As many have mentioned, each post takes up quite a bit of real estate, which is helpful on a phone/pad. I might get used to that. It is a bit surprising that the "Forum Menu" on the left is so small compared to the threads and that it only allows a single forum category to be expanded at any time. This almost seems to counter the "touch friendliness". I for one approve of the toned down color scheme, although some things could benefit from being with a slightly bolder (darker) text. In any case, I think it is a nice change. Soren Madsen

The only thing I see that kind-of bugs me is the rule under the menu at the top. I think it would look better if the rule would be solid all the way across under the menu items. It also appears to be the case that the top of the search box is cut off a bit. (Chrome 21.0.1180.89) The look and feel is really nice an clean though. Love it.

                      I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

By the way, there's a "More" button on articles on the right side of Bookmark and Print. Currently it looks like it's doing nothing, should it? And another thing, if I'm seeing correctly, there's no more queue for new blogs and tips in the front page... If that's correct, I think it's a pity since it was nice to scroll through those also. Lots and lots of useful information also in blogs and tips :)

Well done. These are two items on the TODO and I was wondering how long it would take for them to be mentioned. The "More" will primarily be for social network links. The blogs and tips lists will return.

Lack of borders makes it hard to read and tell between threads, at least in Chrome it is. Otherwise, looks great.

But then I moved it to another monitor. The colors to show up very well on my LCD Panels when I am not looking directly at them and my top monitor, is the worst offender. All of the pale colors just wash away. Same trick, I am sure, that Google takes advantage of with their ads which are clearly highlighted, unless you aren't looking with a 0 degree angle at a common LCD.

Wow, the new look sure is modern and it will take some time getting used to. Looking pretty good overall. But, and it has been said already, it looks like CP is 'for those who code and also have a visual disability'... What also struck me is that I can't show ALL forum names at once anymore. Only names of forums in General Programming or names of forums in General Discussion, but not both at the same time. Also, I can't seperate post from signature anymore in the post preview. For now I think I'll sit back and watch what will happen in the next few weeks (surely there will be some tweaks and fixes) :) Keep up the good work!

I think computer viruses should count as life. I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. We've created life in our own image. Stephen Hawking
