I'm sure Chris and crew are working on changes, fixes, and enhancements. Having 50+ members crying about the same damn thing isn't going to help anything other than pissing off the rest of us. Why aren't you surprised? It takes up too much space, and it's NWO pastel theme makes me want to puke. Do I have any suggestions to make it better? No, but mainly because I don't care enough about it to bother suggesting anything (and get the impression it wouldn't matter anyway).

He's the boss, he can do that (in most states). In California, he' have to present well-documented proof that the employee needed to be fired, which could take as long as a year, and potentially take his company down in the process.
