I just finished my 1/2 Marathon of Montreal :-) 2h21min45s ! Even with a flu I got 1 week ago and the fact I didn't train very intensively, I beat my personal record from 2 years ago. If you are curious , here is the link to my "performance" : http://connect.garmin.com/activity/226054530[^] Now, I have to find a way to make the pain in my legs go away, so I will be able to walk tomorrow :sigh:

 Congratualtions! Last years, Two years ago, if I remember well, you did it for a bet, now you are a habitué! Incidentally just today, like you, I established my best result (in minor Half Marathon, here in Italy).

Congrats man. That's awesome performance. A good buddy of mine ran that event as well and he's run Boston twice, so you had some good competition. :) Seriously, that's good on you. My knee's have given out on me, so I'm no longer a runner, but I'd love to be right there with you doing those 1/2 marathons.

Another runner! Now, we have many half-marathon runners.
