I need to buy a Notebook w/ PCMCIA expressCard conector, in order to connect via IEEE1394 a video camera for capture. Any suggestion, not too expensive pls.

Perhaps your best bet is to purchase a PCMCIA to USB adapter. I don't think you'll find a modern notebook with a PCMCIA slot.

The difficult we do right away... ...the impossible takes slightly longer.

Isn't IEEE1394 just the technical term for FireWire? I haven't looked at too many new laptops in the past year or so, but my 2-3 year old HP and Dell have a Mini FireWire (4 Pin) connector as one of the standard connectors.
