it is between 14 - 15 NOK each liter so I roughly estimated it to 10 US per gallon.. Yeah, Norway is about the only net producer of oil in Europe, if you don't cont Russia. Shell is a Dutch company isn't it?

Thanks to contraband technology, by using internet access via phones smuggled into the prison, I was able to send email to contact individuals who showed concern for honest justice by making phone calls to the authorities. My lawyer, Marcia Shein, called warden Stanley Williams when legal mail they sent was not being delivered to me. Paper mail is regulated in prison, e-mail is not regulated - so e-mail enables a power that was intended to be forbidden by the prison administration. By using this forbidden power, I contacted individuals which ultimately manifested my release from prison on October 5, 2012. That first email on June 14, 2012 rightly accused the State of Georgia of trying to kill me. That e-mail caused the Georgia Department of Corrections to send an Internal Affairs investigator to meet with me the following day. Angry prison administration punished me with various acts including a month in isolation (the hole), 5 property shakedowns and strip searches in a 5 week period, and being locked in a 1 man shower stall for up to 5 hours. During this time the violence in the dorm I came out of escalated with over 10 new stabbings in just a few weeks. On July 19, 2012 one prisoner died in that dorm. At the time I sent the e-mail there had been 18 people stabbed in that 100 man dorm during the 9 months I had been there. My assessment of the danger being life threatening is accurate based on the facts. Georgia authorities use indirect capital punishment by creating the form of imprisonment and classification that they do. This was actually more of an escape than a release. I was released on parole to no address. I am a homeless man on house arrest. I am free. The federal court in the Northern District of Georgia recently ruled that my indigent financial state allows me to proceed in court without paying fees, therefore parole fees will also be an unreasonable demand. In 2008 the 9th circuit in the Northern District of California ruled in my previous case when I violated federal probation for not reporting or paying fees: The Honorable judge Martin Jenkins ruled that I was Not Guilty because “the United States does not have a debtors prison". He then ordered the US Marshalls to reimburse my meals, hotel, and travel costs while I attended the probation revocation hearing in San Francisco. Judge Martin Jenkins made that constitutional ruling that set me free while the US Attorney petitioned for prison time. Judge Jenkins has since moved from the 9th circuit to the U.S. Court of appeals.

Mainstream media is not interested in pursuing a real news story. They prefer the government-provided pablum that's easier for them to digest, with the I's dotted, the T's crossed, and the facts pre-checked by their "source". Journalists have been labeled as terrorists here, and the only "right" information is supplied by the state. Meanwhile, the AG runs a gun program to dilute our constitutional freedoms and is backed up by the administration (so much for separation of powers), DHS is in an ammo-buying spree (1.6 BILLION rounds since June), gas is $6/gallon and being rationed in California, and genetically modified crops are causing cancerous growths in lab rats, yet they STILL insist on selling this stuff for human consumption. Yet all we hear about in the news is doctored polls and unemployment numbers (and the fact that they're doctored is NOT making the news report). And that's just the tip of the iceberg (which is melting at alarming rates if the global warming alarmists are to be believed).

Gas is not being rationed and is not $6 a gallon. No idea where you got that from but it is rubbish. The cause is 2 fold: 1) The oil companies can't release winter blend until the end of the month so are letting summer blend stocks run down which, in turn, is causing profiteering because of short supplies. Governor Brown last night ordered that winter blend fuel be released early and that should help push prices back down again. The highest I paid over the weekend was $4.69 a gallon and it is still at that when I passed the gas station this morning.

Mate, seriously, what do you hope to gain by posting this here? I read your diatribe last night, and I've read this version, and I still can't see what your exact issue is. Part of the problem is that you chop and change in your personal timeline, so it's impossible to know the sequence of events - hence your "escape" comes before your first arrest. If you really are such a victim of a miscarriage of justice, and you have evidence that the DA, Judge and Sherriff are corrupt, then you need to seek avenues in America. Raising this with a buch of cynical developers on a foreign site, visited by foreigners, does absolutely nothing for your case.

Like many others here, my initial response to this post was one of wtf? :wtf: Realizing I've been too quick to pass judgement in more instances than I care to recall, I decided to dig a little deeper. Typed the sheriff's name into google and got his station's website. Did some further digging and found out about a 31 year old warrants clerk that was up to no good (though I suppose 'he' may disagree:)) Digging further I see that it appears not to be an isolated incident of a member of that particular office being shown to be acting beyond the freedoms offered by the law. I'm way too tired to really go into it now, but it sure sounds like there's potential for a barrel of rotten apples to be sitting in the county. Many times I've done the wrong thing and rightfully been punished. True also is the fact that I've been punished for taking exception to the wrong-doing of others, particularly those discharged with ensuring the laws were followed. As kids, we successfully drove the copper that lived in the street out of the neighbourhood. Series of photographs of the policeman driving his civilian cars without a seatbelt, on the wrong side of the road and at a rate that exceeded the speed limit are most inconvenient when passed anonymously to his employer. Photographs of the said officer driving a police-car that was not road-worthy (hence not legal to be on the road) probably didn't help either. :laugh: :laugh: But I can identify with the sense dismay caused by being absolutely elephanted by those who are supposed to stop it from happening. Never mind the fact that there's often been no chance of recourse against such faceless individuals. Looking at the dates in the documents you've posted around the place, I guess you've not been in a position to post for some time(?) - the timing makes perfect sense with these dates in mind. Anyway, all the best - good luck with everything. The story gets my 5 - even if it is a little difficult to read. (though, not due to content) Haven't read such a tortuous, compelling story since I came across an epic thread by a fella called MacTheWolf some 6 odd years ago. In the US it is very unlikely that many people are involved in a conspiracy to purposefully abuse the rights of single individual over and over again. What does happen sometimes is that there is a single case of abuse which might be further compounded by normal system rules. However the later does not represent a violation simply because the original cause was injust. The individuals posting however claims multiple injustices and further claims that his blatantly illegal actions after that are justified because of that. That sort of behavior is commonly associated with criminals who attempt to rationalize their own behavior and make themselves into victims rather than abusers.

Shell is somewhere between Dutch and British which, come to think on it, is in the North sea right on top of the oil. The gas price is not the problem, it's just that such a big part of the price is made up from taxes. People are addicted to gas, oil companies are the dealers and the government is the godfather that takes the biggest cut. Should i sign up for addicts anonymous? Cheers, AT

Well, the world runs on oil, since its about the major way we get goods from one place to another. Heard that we have about 60-90 days of oil reserves in the world, means if we stop all the production of crude oil, we would be out in 60-90 days. But I guess you would know that better than me, as you work for an oil related company or ?

I really can't tell you about the world wide reserves (or I'd have to kill you ;) ) but I suppose Google knows... But yes, I do work for an oil related company. I can even tell you that I'm working in the Offshore department which definitely is earning it's share from oil companies. I just get to toy around with cool stuff, see interesting areas and hopefully make a difference. In relation to the oil prices; I always get the feeling it has little to do with demand and supply but more with gambling on stock markets. Cheers, AT

Indeed. It does not strike me that such a concerted effort would be 'waged' against a single individual without good reason. In almost all cases a person's understanding of the system in which they are contained is far exceeded by that of those charged with it's running. Compounding of circumstance by normal system rules obviously doesn't represent a violation, it clearly does contribute however, to the mental state of individuals that perceive wrongly or rightly that they have been singled-out for special treatment. Yep, got it in one. I've seen this behaviour repeatedly over the years - that of justification of ones own wrongdoings on the basis of those perceived as being committed against the individual. Once upon a time, I'd have accused those that acted in this way of 'trying it on', or living in denial. Age and experience however have continued to remind me that, as humans there is an enormous range in both physical and mental abilities. Many times the understanding possessed by the individual prevents a balanced view of the situation. I don't choose not to understand calculus and quantum mechanics to the degree that would serve me. However I possess fewer mental skills in this 2 fields than those that are comfortable with both. The same is so very true for the ways that societies function. To be perfectly honest, I'd probably have given Brian a kick in the back-side here and there too - he certainly appears to have been a bane in the existence of the sheriff's office mentioned for at least the past 5 years. But that's nothing more than an indication of human nature (mine) and a perfect example of me being somebody whose personality is not suited to such a position of responsibility and power. Please be certain of something - it would be foolish to equate my offering of support with any endorsement of behaviour. Life's just not that black and white...

I think that was figured into the price last month though, plainly, will have an impact.

Perhaps as a direct comparison but not when you take into account the ridiculous rise in prices over this year. Yes, it has been cheap but isn't any more. Remember that there is a much heavier reliance on using cars here with long distances to travel quite common. For instance, gas is cheaper here than in the UK but I use a lot more of it.
