What's your average amount of spam a day?

I've noticed an upturn in spam recently. Some gets past the spam filter, one of which was pretty well done - pretending to be from Reed Recruitment with a link pointing to a malicious site with a drive-by payload of some sort.

I've no idea. It all goes to a spam folder which I never bother with and which is emptied automatically. When I tell you this is with Yahoo mail, no one is going to believe it. :)

I get about 100 spam messages a day, of which maybe 10 make it to my Inbox. /ravi

300 - 500 .. I am the IT manager so I get "Normal" spam, plus the spam from vendors trying to sell IT related crap that I don't need or wouldn't get funding for anyway. And that's the spam that gets through the filters, I would hate to see that count if I had nothing in place.

Really? I get 0 spam emails a day. Maximum 10 spam emails in 3 years :-)

I would say about 1 a day, but today have gotten 2 already in my inbox. there are about 20 from yesterday in my Junk mail. Unfortunately occationally something I want gets into Junk folder and do not check it often.

That are "real" spam (i.e. make your manhood larger and the like)? Probably 2-3 a day. Emails I don't want (primarily from school)? 10-15 on weekdays, almost none on the weekends. I'm actually shocked at how little it is.

I've just rolled out MS Exchange and Barracuda Spam and Antivirus server our spam level is almost non existant.

No idea. Gmail filters pretty much all of it. (And a few false positives, but I rarely check!)

What the hell are all you people doing? I currently maybe get one a week... :D It differs though... Sometimes I suddenly get about 10 a day for a week and then it's gone again. No idea what triggers that.
