Mission CP Reputation !?

This guy http://www.codeproject.com/Members/gopal-pradhan[^] seems on Mission CP Reputation. http://www.codeproject.com/Members/goopu_2000[^] asked four question (mostly silly) and within minutes this member replied all the four with a fiver and accepted within minutes too !! There were couple answers on which I commented and probably rubbed him wrong way and I am 99% sure this member in retaliation downvoted my 10 answers (even many of them highly voted and accepted). Intriguingly, the name of member is Gopal and the other member's name is Goopu (In India people call Gopal as Goopu as nickname). Suspicion that one can be troll.
