I got the last part pretty quickly but I am ashamed to admit how long it took to get the first bit :( run = r measurable value = metric run away from measurable value = metic uranium = u parasite = louse remove the tail of this parasite = lous meticulous = very precise about details, even trivial ones; painstaking
