It seems that the most recently posted story to the Tribune gets posted there. If it were just "Breaking News" it would be filled with murders, shootings, rapes, corruption and nobody would read it, or live in the city any more.
Ah, so you're saying the extra sunshine would allow the guy trying to mug you to clearly make out what sort of watch you're wearing.
