I'm in talks with my lawyer about filing a lawsuit against The Code Project. The loss of reputation over the past few days has caused me mental distress. If you've suffered as well feel free to PM me and we'll roll this into a class action lawsuit. My lawyer says that I shouldn't mention figures at this time, but he's hinted that several million reputation points aren't out of the question. His cut is 40%. If the case is lost their will be no fee so there is nothing to lose on our end. It isn't often one can fight for justice without personal sacrifice - this is truly a special moment. I know this is difficult for many of you because it's so easy to consider the moderators/owners as personal friends. We must not let personal attachment deter our pursuit of justice and so this suit should go forward unless immediate reparations are made. I'll cut this short as I've already said too much - the rest will be for a judge and jury to decide. This could get complicated as it's an international suit. I'll give Hillary Clinton a call later today. Time to be counted, gentlemen. Time to end the oppression.

I would like to join the Suit, however in my case I would like to sue for hurt feelings and a loss of kindness in my heart at being unable to reward people and thus be seen as cold and heartless, and as I am an accountant, there is enough of that already!

Can everyone see the pain and emotional turmoil in Dave's post? It is heart-wrenching. Dave, how do you feel about becoming the public face of our campaign? We need someone to sway public opinion. I think you are that man.
