Ghost in elevator trick + hidden camera Of course one can't be sure of ones reaction but in similar situations I have remained level headed. If reality is impossible, it must be wrong, therefore look for what is right. Of course the question is can your brain think like this in such a situation... So I would see if the girl was solid, and if so, she isnt a ghost. Then you can look for the hidden door and shout "good gag!" through it before you leave. Also, why didn't any of then take out a cigarette lighter or mobile phone to get some light? First thing I would do.

Yeah, but that wouldn't be so entertaining and therefore never broadcast. Who’s that standing behind you? :~

It was broke, so I fixed it.

Oh yeah, fake a heart attack and give them a good scare! (There's that episode in the big bang theory where Howard pretends to get one when Sheldon tries to prank him).

They're just lucky someone didn't go all Capoeira on the "ghost."

Weird sense of humor... What if one of them decided to fight for his life and punch the little girl? Or even pull out a gun (you know, being Brazil and all).

i think, the solution to this particular problem is the following: does this scenario happen to you in a foreign setting or, let´s say, in the middle of the night in your own 'light-abscent' floor/hall ont he way to the toilet/refrigerator/balcony (assuming one smokes... ;-) ) the latter would almost certainly frighten me to death, the scenario in the clip... hmm, in the first instance? yes, maybe. but as you said, verifying reality is the recommendated way to handle the situation. but, as also mentioned, how to react appropriately in such a situation. and what would 'appropriate' mean in that case?? definately, the people behind that clip must have good insurances... considering the Heart attacks, that might occur... to put long things short: as marc clifton stated in edit #3, Ugh, that's not funny, it's cruel, and they're lucky no one had a heart attack. edit 3: the above statement of blackjack2150 targets my question for aprropriate reaction.... i guess, a very fast knock in the direction of that wierd child would let me verify my surrounding... bad for the child... it might get hurt... X| my opinion... :-) edit 4: [offtopic] can anybody please tell me what the tags are to cite someone else´s thread/statement?? guess, i´m lacking forum-knowledge:~ :-O [/offtopic]
