Do people in North Korea actually believe all the BS their government/media puts out?

You mean, Kim Jong-Il didn't shoot a 38-under par in his first round of golf? What is this world coming to when basic facts of life such as this are being overturned by mere software developers? ... WE'RE ALL DOOMED!!!

You really have to hope that some non-insignificant percentage of North Koreans are seeing these government news broadcasts and saying (Quietly, so the gestapo doesn't listen in), "What the #%*(&@#*!?"

 My thoughts exactly. Of course, our government is smart enough to know that we wouldn't believe such outlandish lies, so they are more subtle. :)

A horse with a horn is still more believable (to me) then Noah's Ark, so careful with that mudslinging!

That's my point, the stuff they put out is so over the top. If someone believes a plausible lie it's one thing, but this takes an entire different level of gullibility.

I was hoping more along the lines of only some insignificant percentage believing it (and of the course the rest pretending to believe, out of fear). There is of course also the possibility that none of them believe it, and instead they think we're the ones who will believe it and think that they are something special.
