Well, of the two people closest to the camera, the one on the left looks like a guy wearing a black baseball cap backwards. OK, the woman right there in the middle behind the woman and the guy standing closest to the camera, is wearing a red headgear, while all the others have it black. That's what is odd. Oh, and the tree in the background on the left looks odd too. The sky looks like a cool gradient done in photoshop. The woman whose face and everything else is hidden by the guy's hand is also actually a guy. The woman standing closest to the camera, next to the guy, lost one of her gloves. There, take your pick. :)
