I believe Xmas is a conceptual idea for a season of goodwill - whatever myths, legends or outright lies are associated with it are just icing on the cake - hopefully chocolate cake. I don't believe in December 25th. Also, I find that icing is perfectly edible without cake. Cake is nice too, though.
I do - I find it fills the gap between Dec 24th and Dec 26th neatly. On the whole, I prefer the cake to the icing. Unless it's Battenburg[^], in which case I prefer the box it came in.
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.

And thanks to Chris for his Chris-mas elf on the CP banner!And by the way, has anyone else noticed that we have an international membership composed of people who help each other 365 across any and all otherwise imagined barriers (like race, country, etc)? And so I must also add a Merry Xmas to all my international friends!
