Why did MS Drop the About Box in Win7

Hi, I'm a very recent, and very reluctant migrant from XP to Win7. I like to keep control over my versions. Where did the 'About' box go in Windows Explorer :)

Correct in XP! Where do I find plain 'Help' in Win7, Even the System Menu has gone! Thanks,

In Windows Explorer:- Organize -> Layout -> Menu Bar Then you can see the "Help" option. Annoyed me too at first.
