Feeling a little depressed

Today i feel a little depressed my blog has been for a year and a half and only have 11 followers. and 11000 views. please this post goes for my friends in the lounge, the regular people that actually takes time to reply everything I post. if you become a follower It will be great http://vasilydev.blogspot.com
Ive never quite got this aspect of "blogs". Sure they can be a useful resource, when I search for a specific problem, teh goog will often find some info posted by some helpful soul on his blog. But do you really expect that im going to subscribe in some way to your techno-rambling and come back every day just to discover what brain-ehancing wizardry you've been up to today? Sorry, no. Aint going to happen unless you really are a true industry leader (likes of Jon Skeet, Eric Lippert et al). Im sorry to say that to 99.999999999999999999% of the developer community what you write on a daily/weekly basis is hogwash.

Well, I'm one of those 11000 views. I've looked at a few of the things you've posted. I haven't found them too bad, but as they weren't "on topic" for me at the time, it wasn't something I'd want to subscribe to. To be honest, you don't have enough content on there, and you don't post regularly enough to warrant having followers yet.

Absolutely the wrong this to say and do. You don't post to a blog to get followers. You post to a blog to document what you're thinking and doing FOR YOURSELF. If people happen to stumble upon it, great. If they post a comment, even better. You might get some constructive feedback. But, to think that because you speak every should just flock to you and listen is ridiculous. You're posting for that wrong reasons.

The truth is that I dont feel depressed I only wished you to feel sorry for me and become a follower to make me feel better(what was I thinking). But all of you have a stone heart. You should all listen to Justin Bieber and Watch Vampire Diaries more often.

This is why I quit watching the evening news. Once you realize most of the news is really just some 'tards video blog it gets boring. We had weeks of people sniffing each other's crotches over the fiscal cliff. A few days pass and it isn't news anymore. It is all so stupid.

I do not have a stone heart! It's chrome-molybdenum stainless steel as always. With a diamond core. Stone softens and goes all crumbly...

Why would you expect we'd do that? We don't know you. Any emotional attachment is normally reserved for people who we really know, who we've taken the time to form a real bond with. In your time here, you've posted less than 170 posts and managed to get yourself banned at least once. That's not enough interaction for anyone to have any connection with you. I tend to save my empathy for those who I know.

Listening to Justin Bieber and watching Vampire Diaries is enough to get anyone depressed. My heart is made of the crushed hopes and aspirations of long dead bloggers, compressed and squeezed until metamorphosed into a radioactive pseudo-metallic technopump.
