I've just heard back from the interview yesterday and they're offering me a role as a "Senior Implementation Consultant" on lots plus 12% guaranteed bonus plus stock options plus other shyte. This is the top level working on single projects, with the idea in a year I'd move to a multiple project role. I have asked for a contract to read, as one does, and I shall now cogitate the offer. It is in line with [a gnat's tadger more than] what I was earning in the City. But this job is anywhere in Europe; probably UK [brilliant] or Germany. Decisions, decisions.

Well done Nagy. That was a quick answer they gave you. I'm still looking and finding it a bit frustrating dealing with agencies who can't be bothered to phone, email, or text. If you have any good fortune left in your glass I'll happily down the dregs (spittle and all)! :-D Seriously, that's excellent news. +5

I had a job offer today as well. Decision was easy, they wanted to offer me less than what I was earning when I started my current job...8 years ago! :(( Oh well, I starting looking back in December and I've had two offers already. Trouble is I turned down the first because the insurance was crap, it's looking a lot better by comparison now. :sigh:

Dole is slang for the welfare benefits you get for being unemployed.
