Once I realized news programs have absolutely nothing to do with the news I stopped watching TV altogether. I've not went back. I don't miss it.

He's become filthy rich, so maybe he's not as moronic as he appears. And no, I don't know much more than that about him.

Since the article did not directly link to the petition, I took it upon myself to look for it. The only one I can find that calls for the deportation of Piers Morgan is this[^]. It is not the one talked about in the article, and it contains no explanation of its reasoning.

The United States invariably does the right thing, after having exhausted every other alternative. -Winston Churchill America is the only country that went from barbarism to decadence without civilization in between. -Oscar Wilde Wow, even the French showed a little more spine than that before they got their sh*t pushed in.[^] -Colin Mullikin

But what you have to love is that over 8,000 people in the UK have signed a formal petition to keep him in the US! http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2013/01/03/piers-morgan-anti-deportation-petition-claims-no-one-in-uk-wants-him/[^]

Oh and just in case, here's the petition itself! Currently at just over 9,000: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/keep-piers-morgan-usa/cbpHr9R2?utm_source=wh.gov&utm_medium=shorturl&utm_campaign=shorturl[^]

Greetings Slacker007, I can help you. Become active in your community/county/state/national movements to ban military-grade weapons of mass homicide, automatic or semi-automatic, to make possession, or sale, of them, a first-class felony with mandatory jail-sentences, and the same treatment for their accessories such as multi-round magazines, and you will find your soul, and soles, are clean. yrs, Bill

~ "What do humans depend on: words ! We're suspended in language: we can never say what's up: or, down. We must communicate experience and ideas, but in ways that do not become ambiguous, and lose objectivity. For parallels in human ideas to quantum theory: we must turn to psychology, or to the paradoxes of being thinkers like Buddha and Lao Tzu illuminated, when trying to grasp reality, as both observer, and actor, in human life's small-scale micro-cosmic drama."
