Not the movie. The BBC series. I am not a big fan of Russell Crowe, but I did enjoy the movie. I understand the BBC version is better. Is this true? Is it worth the effort to try to find the DVD? My local video store may not have it.

It is much better. as it is much longer there is more character and story development.
