                This is just a suggestion since it seems to annoy so many people. There could be an additional form you had to fill out to have the password sent. For Instance you would need to put in a 'hint' password to obtain the original. This is usually something stupid that most people remember like the name of your dog or something. If its correct then the request is sent. It should cut down the false requests since random people cant just click it.
