Never heard of "me@home.com" / "no@internet.com" / "a@b.com" / "1@2.com" email adds ? those are the special ones I invented for just this purpose.
regardless of that someone asking my email address for a survey just makes me think of SPAM! and puts me off

but i put it for those who participated in my survey to receive the results of my work, and it is optional. you can ignore it and go to next quiz.

My word! I can only guess how good that will be! If you can't even work out how to format a link so it works when you are given a "link" option in the editor I can only assume that whatever is at the other end is so poor that it will make my eyes bleed. No. I won't go near it.
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
