            regardless of that someone asking my email address for a survey just makes me think of SPAM! and puts me off

                  I would answer the questionnaire, but due to unforeseen changes in customer requirements the questionnaire has dropped off the end of the backlog for this sprint.

                          but i put it for those who participated in my survey to receive the results of my work, and it is optional. you can ignore it and go to next quiz.

If you can't even work out how to format a link so it works when you are given a "link" option in the editor I can only assume that whatever is at the other end is so poor that it will make my eyes bleed. No. I won't go near it.

                            If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
